According to media reports, Kartik Aaryan currently lives in an opulent house in Versova, Mumbai, which is valued at Rs 1.5 crore. 
 

Kartik Aaryan owns luxury cars including BMW 5 series valued at Rs 55 lakh, a Lamborghini Urus, a Classic Mini Cooper, and a McLaren GT.
 

Previously, Kartik Aaryan used to charge Rs 5 to 7 crore for one film. Since the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, he now makes Rs 10 crore per film. 
 

Kartik Aaryan also generates income through brand advertisements and endorsements for companies like Oppo, Mufti, Dairy Milk and more.
