To prepare Kadhi Kachori, start by making Kadhi. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, curry leaves, and asafoetida (hing). Sauté the onions on medium flame.
Take a bowl, mix one spoon of gram flour with water. Pour this batter into the pan and cook until its done. Your kadhi is ready.
To prepare Kachori, start by soaking lentils overnight. After 6-7 hours, grind the lentils and fry the paste in a pan. Add salt, black pepper, and coriander powder.
Once the dough and filling is ready, divide the dough into small balls and stuff them with the filling. Ensure that the lentils are not hot when stuffing.
Fry the Kachoris in a pan on low flame. Kachori is ready. Serve them hot with Kadhi and enjoy!
