1 cup makhana
1 small tomato
1 small cucumber
1 green chilli
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Rock salt
Coriander
Tamarind chutney
Green chutney
Take a pan and roast makhana in it on medium flame. Fry them for 5-7 minutes until they become crispy.
Finely chop tomato, cucumber, and green chilli to create the topping.
In a mixing bowl, add makhana and the chopped tomato, cucumber and green chilli. Sprinkle lemon juice over the mixture to add flavour.
Then add chaat masala, cumin powder, and rock salt. Mix everything together.
Transfer the makhana chaat to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for added delight. Then, drizzle some tamarind chutney and green chutney on top.
