Spicy Makhana Chaat: Try this delicious recipe this Navratri

<p>1 cup makhana<br />

1 small cucumber<br />
1 green chilli<br />
1 tbs lemon juice<br />
1 tsp chaat masala<br />
½ tsp roasted cumin powder<br />
Rock salt<br />
Coriander<br />
Tamarind chutney<br />

Ingredients

1 cup makhana
1 small tomato

<p>Take a pan and roast makhana in it on medium flame. Fry them for 5-7 minutes until they become crispy. <br />

In a mixing bowl, add makhana and the chopped tomato, cucumber and green chilli. Sprinkle lemon juice over the mixture to add flavour.

Then add chaat masala, cumin powder, and rock salt. Mix everything together.

Transfer the makhana chaat to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for added delight. Then, drizzle some tamarind chutney and green chutney on top.
