Shilpa Bhatt Bahuguna, a small-town entrepreneur from Dehradun, defied the odds and built a successful pizza brand, Pizza Italia, competing with international giants. 

Jitendra Waghela, who lost his job during the lockdown, turned his culinary skills into a thriving business, Food Mafia, near Dadar Station. His unique Butter Chicken Pav, priced at just Rs 30, has become a customer favourite, 

Four friends from Kozhikode, Kerala, have launched a unique startup called Fulva, selling traditional halwa worldwide and earning lakhs of rupees. Their 24 varieties of halwa have gained popularity in countries like Germany, the UK, and the UAE.

Prerna Kalra, a resident of Meerut, quit her corporate job to establish 'Daalchini,' a vending machine startup. Overcoming challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, she built a Rs 100 crore business. 

While working at a bank, Debashish Majumder launched his first business, an ice cream shop, which ended up failing. Later, he quit his job and started Momomia, with just Rs 3.5 lakh investment.

Ishwar Singh, a resident of Jodhpur, wanted to venture into a street food business; he was inspired by the rise of street food startups in the country. He employed an innovative idea and decided to utilize his car as a business partner. Setting up a table and chair near the Medical College of Jodhpur, Ishwar began selling cakes.

Nadeem was operating his restaurant business well until the pandemic hit the world. The lockdown made it difficult to attract customers and bearing the household responsibilities became troublesome. He tried his luck one last time before giving up and established a kebab selling business.

Tapsi Upadhyay is pursuing a B Tech degree in computer science from IITM Janakpuri. She is the eldest among her three siblings. In her class 12, she offered tuition classes to earn pocket money. After experiencing food poisoning a couple of times, she made the decision to open her own food stall. Today, she operates approximately 20 stalls across the country.
