Kapil Sharma is recognized as the most successful comedian in the country. 
 

In an interview, Kapil Sharma once shared that in his early days, he worked in a PCO earning Rs 500. He also worked in a textile mill for Rs 900. 
 

Kapil Sharma’s father worked in the police department. He was 22 when he lost his father. 
 

Struggling with a financial crisis after his father’s demise, he moved to Mumbai to find work.
 

Kapil Sharma was initially rejected in the audition round of the Great Indian Laughter Challenge. The second time, he emerged as the winner of the show. 
 

With the prize money of Rs 10 lakh, he organized a grand wedding for his sister. 

With the success of the Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Kapil never looked back and worked harder for his success. 

Despite Kapil’s success, Ginni’s father declined the marriage proposal when Kapil’s mother approached him with it. 
 

After initial challenges, Kapil tied the knot with Ginni in a grand wedding ceremony on 12 December 2018.
