Shilpa consumes three eggs with avocado toast. Alternatively, she also enjoys soaked oats combined with almond or soy milk, pomegranate, apple, and chia seeds.
For lunch, Shilpa includes beans or seafood, rice, vegetables, a beetroot in her meal. Adding ghee to the meals enhances the flavours.
It’s always healthier to keep dinners light. Shilpa prefers to eat her dinner at 7.30 pm. She opts for a protein-rich soup with vegetables or a simple vegetable khichdi.
In addition to maintaining a balanced diet, Shilpa incorporates regular yoga and gym workouts into her routine.
