25 grams of dry ginger powder (sonth powder)
250 grams jaggery
2 tbsp coconut flakes
3 cups wheat flour
200 grams of desi ghee
50 grams of gond (gum)
Half cup of almonds
Grind the almonds in a mixer. Heat ghee in a pan, melt the gum and keep it aside. Fry the wheat flour separately with ghee until it turns light brown.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast sonth powder for 1 minute. Melt the jaggery in a pan. Add sonth, wheat flour, almond, and gum together with jaggery. Mix thoroughly.
Allow the mixture to cool down. Add coconut flakes to it. Dampen your hands with water and shape the mixture into laddus. Garnish it with dry fruits, and they’re ready to serve.
