1 cups of milk
4-5 bread slices
Half cup cream
1 cup chopped almonds and cashews
Half tbsp yellow food colour
4 tbsp condensed milk
Take a bowl and mix fresh cream with condensed milk.
Add yellow colour to the mixture. Incorporate dry fruits to it and mix thoroughly.
Cut the edges of the bread slices. Soak each bread slice in milk in a separate bowl.
Once you’ve soaked all the slices, remove them and squeeze excess milk. Now, put the slices into the prepared mixture.
Serve as per your preference. Make rolls of the breads or place them in a plate by cutting them into pieces. Your Malai Rolls are ready!
