Recipe

1 kg white sesame seeds (til)
250 grams jaggery
500 grams khoya
2-3 tbsp ghee
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup milk
15-20 almonds 
10-12 cashews
Half tsp cardamon powder

Follow these steps

Roast sesame seeds and khoya separately. Turn off the heat when sesame seeds get light brown in colour.

Next steps

Grind the sesame seeds in a mixer. In a pan, heat two spoons of ghee and add jaggery. Stir the jaggery until it attains a thin consistency. Afterwards, let the mixture cool.

Final steps

Mix the powdered sesame seeds, jaggery, khoya, and coconut flakes together. Add half teaspoon of cardamom powder and a cup of lukewarm milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
