Meet 20 year old CEO, built Rs 10 cr company with Rs 2000, not IITian

Shelly founded The Shell Hair, a company for today's voguish generation. It sells hair extensions, wigs, and more. She got an investment from Aman Gupta from Shark Tank India S3. 

Shelly's company sources Indian Remy hair from single donors and offers better quality at lower prices than competitors. Her business model even got praise from Namita Thapar. 

Sherly bought hair from a vendor for Rs 2000 and used a sewing machine at home to make hai extensions. She sold them to her relatives and got positive feedback. 

After that, Shelly started her website, which received positive reviews. Currently, Shelly's startup earns Rs 1.2 cr annual income and made sales of over Rs 36 lakh in 2021–22. 

She is pursuing MSc IIT and appreciates her college's entrepreneurship program which enables her to balance work and studies.
