The beginnings

Dilkhush completed his education up to the 12th grade. He soon got married and relocated to Delhi to seek employment.

Taking up odd jobs

Dilkhush drove rickshaws in Delhi. He did not like the work and returned to his home. In his village, he sometimes worked as a vegetable vendor and sometimes as an electrician.

He acquired his driving skills by learning from his father.

Dilkhush founded ‘RodBez,’ a cab service company to connect the entire Bihar region to Patna.

Under his business model, anyone travelling from any location within Bihar to Patna only had to pay a one-way fare. This innovative idea proved successful.

Expanding the business

Dilkhush assembled his team by acquiring knowledge about cab services online. He also collaborated with IIT and IIM graduates.

Business goals

Dilkhush Kumar’s company works with 250 cab drivers from across Bihar. His ambitious goal is to elevate the company’s valuation to Rs 100 crore.
