Anil Bishnoi, a resident of the Hanumangarh district in Rajasthan. He is often referred to as the protector of the blackbuck.
Anil has dedicated the last 35 years to serving blackbucks and chinkara and raising awareness about his work in over 50 surrounding villages.
Anil Bishnoi has filed over 200 cases for the conservation of blackbucks, resulting in 24 convictions.
Anil has constrcuted reservoirs for animals to drink from in 60 villages. He has been dedicated to deer conservation since his college days.
Anil Bishnoi has dedicated his life to the protection of these animals, and to date, over 3,000 people have joined him in his efforts.
