The beginning
Biswas is an engineer and MBA degree holder who has worked with companies, like Airtel and Y2CF. His first startup, Hoppr, was acquired by Hike.

The WhatsApp group
He founded the company with his fellow tech friends in 2015. As per Forbes, Biswas initially had a WhatsApp group from where they used to get orders from customers.

Success
To match the growing demands, the techies built an app that started delivering groceries in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Jaipur, and other cities even before Blinkit and Instamart.

Investments
As per Forbes, the company got a Rs 2,004 cr investment from Reliance Retail. It also became the first Indian company to get direct funding from Google, i.e. Rs 75 cr.
