Wardha Khan, a 24-year-old girl from Noida, secured 18^th rank in UPSC CSE 2023. She was previously working at a reputed company when she made the decision of pursuing UPSC.

After clearing the UPSC exams, IAS, IFS, and IPS officers undergo intensive training. The foundational training is provided at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand.
