Former BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha said that Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who created Pakistan, belongs to the Congress family along with Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel and Jawaharlal Nehru

On Shatrughan Sinha's statement praising Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav and BSP supremo Mayawati, he said that it reflected that Sinha was seeing eligibility for the prime minister post in someone other than Congress president Rahul Gandhi.

Sinha, an acclaimed cine star, has a long history in politics but had fallen out with the BJP leadership. He decided to jump ship after being denied a ticket for the upcoming general election by the BJP.
