Ram Gopal Varma rode a two-wheeler with two people riding pillion with him. He had not worn a helmet and later posted a video of his riding on Twitter. His intention was to question the police for not doing their job. Taking note of it, police fined the owner of the two-wheeler with a message to Varma.
