Gym trainer Arun Kumar was arrested on charges of murdering Arul Raj at Neelasanda. Arul was admitted to hospital by neighbours where he was declared brought dead.

Ravi Pujari, who is wanted in India in a number of cases including extortion, kidnapping and murder cases, was on the run for the last 15 years.

The man had befriended a girl on Facebook and the couple were married after she became pregnant. His wife was addicted to Facebook and Instagram. The man had warned her to stop but his complaints went unheeded.
