Conditional Bail  

The Supreme Court has served notice to 21 persons (of PFI) accused in the anti-CAA protests of Mangaluru. The Karnataka high court had granted them conditional bail but the top court stayed the bail after the Karnataka government approached it.

The court advised Prakash Babu to furnish a bond of Rs 2 lakh. Kozhikode NDA candidate Babu was taken into custody on March 28 in connection with the violence in Sabarimala
 

The court also advised K Surendran that he should not be involved in other similar offences later. Surendran submitted his passport to the court and also furnished a bond of Rs 2 lakh. Surendran was granted bail in all other cases too.

Bengaluru's local court granted conditional bail to Janardhan Reddy in the ED bribe case against Rs 1 lakh bond and surety by two people.

There are severe, strict conditions included in the bail granted to Franco Mulakkal, accused of raping a nun. The most critical one is to not enter Kerala 

If all the legal procedures are completed, actor Duniya Vijay will come out of the jail today. The actor along with three others were in Parappana Agrahara (Central) jail from September 23.
