MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, accused in Unnao rape case, was suspended by the party earlier and there is no change in his status, said Uttar Pradesh BJP president Swatantra Dev Singh. 

The Unnao rape survivor who has also survived an accident that claimed the lives of her aunt, is now stable. Doctors are monitoring the survivor round the clock but are clueless if she will be airlifted to New Delhi.

Swati Maliwal, chief of Delhi Commission for Women has stated that the Unnao rape survivor must be airlifted to Delhi wherein she can get better treatment for the critical injuries that was caused to her in the accident on her way to Rae Bareli

The 19-year-old woman who had accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar of raping her was grievously injured in an accident - which also killed two of the victim’s aunts. The family believes that Sengar was behind this “accident” in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli.
