Samantha Akkineni has now become a highly successful actor in the Telugu movie industry. She started this year with two blockbuster movies, Super Deluxe and Majili. She now anticipates the release of her forthcoming film, "Oh Baby".

As announced earlier, Samantha will be seen in a cameo role in her father-in-law Nagarjuna's upcoming swipe, Manmadhudu 2. The team, led by director Rakul Ravindran shot for her portion in Portugal recently.



Now, the rumour mills are agog with reports that the actress has charged Rs 35 lakh for her role in Manmadhudu 2. Sources disclose that her cameo role will last for only 5 minutes in the film.


In an earlier interview, Samantha opened up about her role in Manmadhudu 2. "I play an exciting cameo role in 'Manmadhudu 2'. At the moment, I'm not allowed to reveal anything about my character but can affirm that it's going to be an important one in the story," she told an entertainment portal.


Produced by Rahul Ravindran of Chi La Sow fame, the film has Lakshmi, Vennela Kishore, Devadarshini, Rao Ramesh, Nasser and Akshara Gowda in supporting roles.
