Superstar Rajinikanth has recently wrapped up the first schedule of Karthik Subbaraj's untitled film in Darjeeling and now he is all set for the second one in Dehradun. According to reports, Simran Bagga will be playing the role of Rajini's wife in the movie.

The report also suggests that actor Bobby Simha and Sanath Reddy will be playing sons of Rajini and Simran and Meghna Akash will be paired opposite Sanath. Kollywood star Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the main antagonist in the movie.

Director Karthik Subbaraj is known for his unique concept. His latest movie was Prabhu Deva's Mercury.

Rajinikanth will be next seen in director Shankar’s 2.0 with Akshay Kumar and  Amy Jackson in a pivotal role. Made on a budget of over Rs 400 crore, the science fiction venture is one of the costliest Indian films.

Simran is also busy with various projects in Kollywood like Vanangamudi, Dhruva Natchathiram and Seema Raja.
