As quoted by the Times Of India, Hardik Pandya's father Himanshu Pandya said the engagement news took them by surprise. He shared, "Natasa is a very nice girl, and we have met her in Mumbai on a number of occasions. We knew that they were going on a vacation to Dubai but had no clue that they were going to get engaged. This took us by surprise. We came to know about it after they got engaged."

He also talked about Hardik's wedding plans and said that they haven't decided on it.

According to reports, Hardik started dating Natasa in early 2019 and on the first day of the year 2020, Hardik took to social media to announce his engagement with a filmy caption. 27-year-old Natasa was featured in a song 'Aiyo Ji' in Satyagraha. Though it was Badshah's 'DJ Wale Babu' which made her an instant star. Natasa became known as the DJ Wale Babu girl and her popularity gained her a place in Bigg Boss 8 as a contestant. Natasa has appeared in cameos in films like Action Jackson, song Mehbooba from Fukrey Returns, Govinda's FryDay and Shah Rukh Khan's Zero.

How Hardik and Natasa met:
It is said that Hardik and Natasa met at a night-club in Mumbai and love bloomed almost immediately. Pandya took Natasa to meet his family members and the couple even celebrated Diwali with Hardik's family.
