Urmila Matondkar is a Bollywood actress and model. She was born on 4 February 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. She earned a degree in philosophy from Pune University, Pune, Maharashtra. 

Her father, Shrikant Matondkar was a school principal. Her mother, Sunita Matondkar is a homemaker. She has two sisters, Mamta Matondkar and Pooja Matondkar.
