Tejasswi Prakash is an Indian television actress. She was born on 10 June 1992 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Her zodiac sign is Gemini. She has a graduate degree in Electronics and Engineering from Mumbai University. 

Her father’s name is Prakash Wayangankar; he is an engineer. Her mother is a homemaker. She has a brother, Prateek Wayangankar, who is an engineer in the US.

Presently, she is in a relationship with Karan Kundra.

When she was still pursuing her graduation, she participated in the 'Mumbai Fresh Face Contest'. Her pictures were printed in the newspaper which prompted a production team to give her a call. She auditioned for her first role and got selected. 

In the year 2013, she gained immense popularity with the TV serial 'Sanskar- Dharohar Apno Ki’.

She then appeared in TV serials like, Swaragini (2015), Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka (2018), and Karn Sangini (2018).

In 2017, she received huge critical acclaim for her TV serial 'Pehredaar Piya Ki' for portraying the role of a wife of a 9-year-old boy as an 18-year-old girl.  

In the year 2018, she played the role of ‘Uruvi’ opposite Aashim Gulati in the Star Plus TV show ‘Karna Sangini’.

Tejasswi is very fond of animals; she has a pet dog and shares its pictures on her social media account.

In the year 2019, Tejasswi played the character of ‘Mishti Khanna’ in ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’ opposite Kunal Jaisingh.

In the year 2020, she participated in the TV reality show 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10' along with Karan Patel, Ada Khan, Amrita Khanvilkar and Karishma Tanna. She was one of the toughest contestants but had to leave the show mid-season due to medical reasons. 

In the year 2021, she participated in a popular reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss 15’ and won the show by receiving maximum number of votes.
