Know which cities are shaming democracy with poor voter turnout

It would be facile to say all cities register poor attendance during the polls while villagers enthusiastically participate in this essential exercise of democracy. Not all cities do that. Only a few do. And they have done it consistently for many years now.

Not that this apathy has taught the polity a lesson, if that were the idea behind not turning up at elections. If the grim scenario is not the right picture about these cities, the Election Commission must be asked whether the electoral roll is all right.
