Responding to the viral video, Northern Railway addressed the matter promptly, explaining that their staff had swiftly rectified the leakage during the train's journey. They attributed the issue to a temporary blockage in the pipes, which was promptly fixed to minimize inconvenience to passengers. The railway authorities expressed regret for any disruption caused to travelers.

Meanwhile, despite such challenges, the government has been actively expanding the Vande Bharat train network. In a recent development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 10 new Vande Bharat trains from Ahmedabad via virtual ceremony in March. This expansion brings the total number of Vande Bharat trains to 51, covering a diverse array of 45 routes across the country.

Delhi boasts the highest number of Vande Bharat train connections, linking it with 10 destinations including Amb Andaura, Amritsar, Ayodhya, Bhopal, Dehradun, and Khajuraho. Mumbai follows with six trains, and Chennai with five, showcasing the extensive reach and connectivity of these high-speed trains.

Despite occasional challenges like the recent leakage incident, the Vande Bharat trains remain a pivotal part of India's rail infrastructure, offering efficient travel options across various regions of the country.
