Video: Elephant braves floods to cross overflowing river

An elephant was seen washed away in the strong currents of the flood at Mettupalyam in Tamil Nadu. When the public informed the forest officers about the jumbo, the officers rushed to the spot and tried to protect it from getting washed away. But the elephant crossed the overflowing river after two hours of struggle. Watch the video of the elephant crossing the river.
