Aloo Peanut Fry

Mix together 4-5 boiled potatoes, fried peanuts, roasted cumin seeds, and green chillies. Fry in ghee for 5 minutes. Add rock salt and coriander.

Vrat Aloo Tikki

Mix buckwheat flour and boiled potatoes with coriander, rock salt, chili, and ground coriander to make the tikkis. Cook them in a pan until golden. Serve with sweet yogurt.
