This delightful and aromatic dish on Valentine’s Day will leave a heartwarming impression on your partner.
Five onions,
10-12 garlic cloves
Coriander
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 cups of coconut water
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chilli powder
Half cup mustard oil
Salt
Grind coriander, onions, and garlic in a mixer. Add this mixture to chicken. Next, add turmeric and red chilli powder to the chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Fry the ground paste in a pan until the oil begins to separate. Add turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, and salt to the paste. In another pan, fry the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
Once the onions and spices are fried, pour in the coconut water and stir for a while. Add the fried chicken to the mixture and continue stirring until it is completely cooked.
Stir the chicken continuously. Once the chicken is cooked, add water and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. When the curry is fully cooked, turn off the gas.
Your delicious Konkani Chicken Curry is ready. Serve it with plain white rice or chapati, as per your preference.
