Choose ripe grapes for making the raisins. Wash the grapes thoroughly under the water.
Remove the grapes from their stems.
Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature setting. Line a tray with parchment paper to prevent grapes from sticking to the surface.
Place the washed grapes on the baking sheet.
Place the tray in the oven for 5 to 8 hours at 62 degrees C. Once the grapes are dry, remove them from the oven and them cool.
Once cooled, store the raisins in an airtight container. Enjoy!
