Purchase a small cardamom plant from any nearby nursery. Plant these in a pot or in your home garden.

Soil

To prepare the soil for the plant, mix 50% cocopeat with 50% vermicompost and soil in the pot. Cocopeat helps with the growth of the plants.

Watering

Put the seeds into the soil and add water. Cardamom plants don’t need frequent watering. Refrain from watering the plant daily.

How long does it take?

It takes around 2-3 years for the plant to mature. After this period, you can start using the cardamoms.
