The festival of Christmas is incomplete without cakes and candies. Here’s a quick and easy recipe for you if this is your first time baking a cake.
250 gm white flour
200 gm butter and raisins
400 gm condensed milk
100 gm brown sugar
100 gm icing sugar
100 walnuts
50 gm tutti frutti
10-12 almonds
1 tsp lemon and orange zest
7-8 cardamom and ½ cinnamon
2 cloves
4-5 nutmeg
4-5 pinch black pepper
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking powder
Half cup milk
Extract the seeds of plum and cut it into pieces. Cut almonds, raisins, walnuts in tiny bits. Grind cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.
Take a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, butter, brown sugar, and condensed milk. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Add powdered spices, plum, lemon zest, tutti frutti, dried fruits, and vanilla essence. Mix everything together to form a smooth batter.
Use a butter paper to cover the insides of the container. Pour the batter into it. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. Bake the cake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Prick the cake with a toothpick to make sure that the cake is ready. For final steps, decorate the cake with icing. Your cake is ready!
