His father shared that Rudra did not receive any formal yoga training. He himself taught Rudra about yoga.
Rudra has won many national medals in yoga and skating competitions. At the age of 8, he won a gold medal at the national level.
On International Yoga Day, he advocated for health and wellness through yoga.
Rudra dreams of winning a gold medal in the Olympics. His aim is to showcase the importance of yoga for a healthy body.
Rudra practices yoga and skating regularly to achieve his dream. He regards Baba Ramdev as his yoga guru.
