Priya Singh’s background

Priya is a resident of Mansarovar Colony, Bulandshahr. Her father works as an inspector in Mathura. Her grandfather is a retired SHO.

A gold medallist

Priya earned an MSc in Physics from CCS University, Meerut. The governor awarded her a gold medal for securing the top position in her post graduate studies.

Qualifying for UPPSC twice

In 2017, Priya cleared the UPPSC exam in her first attempt and secured a position in the Income Tax Department. However, her dedication led her to pursue the UPPSC exams again.

Becoming a DSP

Priya achieved her goal of becoming a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in 2018.
