Kumar Keshav was asked about the enthusiasm of young people to not get involved in corruption. However, many become a part of the system after a few years of service.
Kumar Keshav answered that the issue of corruption cannot be solved single-handedly. He also expressed how officers with integrity are often sidelined.
He mentioned in his answer that by assigning better positions to officers, it would inspire and motivate younger people.
Furthermore, Kumar Keshav added that regardless of their position, officers should uphold integrity and not tolerate corruption within their jurisdiction.
Kumar Keshav highlighted social challenges such as caste discrimination and the need for women empowerment. He also discussed about the issue of Naxalism.
Kumar Keshav highlighted that district-level officers should take responsibility for preventing the perpetuation of caste-based identities in schools.
