Seeing her family's hardships, IAS Swati Meena Naik determined to pursue a career as an IAS officer.
She made history by clearing the UPSC exam in 2007 on her first attempt at the age of just 22, achieving an impressive rank of 260.
Swati Naik completed her early education in Ajmer and earned her graduation degree from Sophia Girls College.
Swati's mother is a doctor, while her father works as an officer in the Rajasthan government. Her parents have always been a source of motivation for her.
Inspired by her aunt, she decided to prepare for the UPSC exam. Her family supported her throughout her UPSC journey.
IAS Swati was assigned to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, where she held the position of Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department.
