Kiran Dembla was born in 1974 in Agra

She got married in 1999 and relocated to Hyderabad. She is a mother of two children.

World Bodybuilding Championship

In 2013, Kiran proudly represented India at the World Bodybuilding Championship held in Budapest. She secured the 6th position.

A turning point

After experiencing a blood clot in her brain, she faced a prolonged period of illness. Medications helped her recover, but her weight increased to 74 kg during this time.

In 2007, Kiran joined gym and yoga classes

She dedicated herself to regular training to improve her overall well-being.

The Transformation

The loss in weight and the positive feedback from people inspired her to take her fitness journey further. She shed 24 kg in just 8 months.

Representing India in the World Championship

The Indian Body Building Federation came across Kiran’s six-pack abs pictures. She was offered an opportunity to represent India in the World Championship.

Becoming a professional trainer

Kiran completed the American Muscle and Fitness Personal Trainer course. With her husband’s support, she sold all her gold jewellery and opened a gym.

Kiran is also a DJ, singer, motivational speaker, and photographer

She has trained Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, and the renowed director of ‘Baahubali,’ Rajamauli.

Honouring an achiever

In 2017, Kiran won the TEDx Award. She was honoured with the Women’s Leadership Award in 2021.
