Satyanarayan discontinued his education after grade 10. He got married at 19 and started selling fountain pens.
Satyanarayan was born in Rajasthan. His father retired from the post of Patwari in the year 1971. From thereon, the family faced financial challenges.
In the year 1977, Satyanarayan met Abdul Sattar in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. Abdul was a dealer of explosives used is digging wells and mines.
He used Allahbhai’s license for selling explosives on a monthly salary of Rs 1000.
Satyanarayan took a loan from SBI in the year 1995 and started a manufacturing unit of his own.
In 2021-22, Satyanarayan became the fourth largest producer of explosives.
Satyanarayan’s company manufactures armaments, military equipment, and components for rockets and missiles.
