Moisturise your hair

Try using gentle and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Dry hair gets easily damaged by sun rays. Make sure you use a deep conditioner once a week.

Stay hydrated

Keep your body hydrated and drink at least 3 liters of water every day to combat the heat and prevent dryness and flakiness of the scalp.

Wear a hat or scarf

Cover your hair with a hat, scarf, or dupatta to prevent harmful UV rays damaging your hair.

Avoid going out in peak sun hours

If not necessary, stay indoors during the peak sun hours (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) to protect your hair from direct sun exposure.
