Hardik Patel slapped at Surendranagar rally

Congress leader Hardik Patel was slapped during a public rally in Surendranagar, Gujarat on Friday.
Patel was addressing a Jan Aakrosh Sabha organised by the Congress district unit, when a man climbed on to the stage and slapped him. The man who slapped Patel was overpowered by Congress workers, beaten and escorted out of the venue.
Hardik Patel filed a police complaint on following the incident.
