The Jammu, Kashmir administration, following the directive of the Supreme Court, has reviewed the situation and said that 2G mobile connectivity on post paid mobiles to access white listed sites would be allowed in certain districts. The order speaks about the material brought before the administration regarding the terror modules operating in Jammu and Kashmir, which also includes handlers from across the border. The order also says that based on intelligence inputs, it has been found that terrorists are making efforts to infiltrate and re-activate their cadres and scale up anti-national activities. Institutions and government offices which have been provided internet shall be responsible to prevent any misuse.
