Punjab girl enters India Book of World Records for not missing single day of school for 14 years

Amritsar: Punjab’s Avneet Kaur has made it to the India Book of World Records by not missing a single day of school for 14 years and eight months. Avneet has broken her own record which was set last year. She has now become the first Indian student to achieve this feat. In 2018-2019, a total of 1,298 people made it to India Book of World Records and Avneet is in top 100. Currently, Avneet has completed Class 12 and has got admission for B Tech. She aspires to be an engineer and is pursuing her graduation from Guru Nanak University in Amritsar.
