Bengaluru: You might be a VVIP or even the deputy chief minister. But rain certainly knows no discrimination. Deputy CM of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi was caught in floods today as rains lashed Bihar. As the minister seemed helpless, he was taken in an orange, inflatable rubber boat. Later as he got down, he gave instructions to the policemen
NDTV reported that Sushil Modi and his family were among hundreds of people in Patna who were stranded in their homes after the city was pounded by rain, the heaviest in two decades.
