Bengaluru: As a kneejerk reaction to India’s move to scrap Articles 370 and 35A, Pakistan has decided to downgrade diplomatic relations and send back India’s ambassador, and also suspend all trade relations with India.
Reacting to this, Neelotpal Basu, polit bureau member of CPI(M) said India has always maintained that it needs negotiated settlement. He added that nuclear neighbours cannot settle things through military means. He slammed Pakistan for using this situation as an opportunity to further worsen the situation and hoped the Narendra Modi government would take appropriate action.
