Hassan BJP candidate washes feet of cleaning staff

Hassan: In an attempt to garner votes, BJP candidate A Manju washed the feet of Pourakarmikas (cleaning staff) Â in Hassan, Karnataka. Manju, of course, did so in the presence of media.Â
Preetham Gowda, another MLA from Hassan, had earlier said that A Manju will win the Lok Sabha election in Hassan segment with a margin of at least 2 lakh votes. Deve Gowda's grandson Prajwal Revanna of the JD(S) will be taking on Manju.
