Ananth Kumar's shoes too big to fill, but will follow in his footsteps: Tejasvi Surya

Bengaluru: Exhibiting confidence to trounce his opponent BK Hariprasad of the Congress and lashing out at the party for promoting dynastic politics, 28-year-old candidate from BJP, Tejasvi Surya says that PM Modi upholds the aspirations of youth and has sent out a message out to all the political parties that the BJP recognises karyakartas. He also said that he is not nervous and is not worried as he has PM Modi by his side.
With regard to taking over the reins from HN Ananth Kumar, he says the shoes are too big for him to fill, but with the blessings from senior leaders like R Ashoka, Somanna, Subbanna and others, he has the confidence to do justice to his nomination.
