The Rich Culture Of UNESCO World Heritage Site Jaipur

Walled city of Jaipur was formally accorded World Heritage City status on Wednesday by UNESCO. Director-General Audrey Azoulay presented the World Heritage Certificate for this Rajasthan city to the state's Urban Development and Housing (UDH) minister Shanti Dhariwal. With this, Jaipur becomes the 38th site in India to get the UNESCO World Heritage Status. The city is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites Amber Fort and Jantar Mantar.
