Even after arresting Sri Lanka Easter Sunday blast accused Zahran Hashim’s friend, Mohammed Azharuddin and detaining six others, the National Investigation Agency continued to conduct raids across Coimbatore.

According to reports, the location had allegedly been used for experimenting with explosives made by Zahran Hashim's team.

An ISIS-linked terror accused Aboobacker Siddique, who had been watching videos and listening to speeches of Zahran Hashim who had masterminded the Easter attacks in Sri Lanka, confessed before the NIA that he intended to carry out a suicide attack in Kerala

For the last 72 hours, the agency is working on cases in which a link with the main accused of Sri Lanka Sunday Easter church attack was found. NIA has arrested Abdul Rashid who was influenced by Zahran Hashim, key conspirator behind the Sri Lanka Churches attack.

Aboobacker Siddique had been watching videos and listening to speeches of Zahran Hashim, the mastermind behind the Easter attacks in Sri Lanka. On April 28, the NIA had conducted a raid at Siddique's house in Palakkad and Ahamed Arafat's house in Kasaragod.

The NIA has seized the mobile phones of Aboobacker Siddique and Ahamed Arafat. According to reports, the duo was interested in the concepts of Zahran Hashim, one of the suicide bombers in the Sri Lankan blasts
