Vinta Nanda  

The veteran actor, Alok Nath has been accused of rape and sexual harassment by writer Vinta Nanda. A case was filed against him and he has been granted anticipatory bail.
 

Granting the relief to Alok Nath on a surety bond of Rs 5 lakh, Additional Sessions Court Judge S S Oza said the rape complaint filed by the screenwriter is a "personal vendetta".

Vinta Nanda is aware that maybe there is no end to her battle with Nath but it's the support of people that keeps her going.
 

Lawyer Ashok Saraogi started the argument in the court by stressing on how the actor is considered to be an epitome of ‘sanskar’, and on the other side, targeted Vinta Nanda's character by stressing on her ‘drinking and smoking’ habits.

After Vinta Nanda's big revelation about Alok Nath, another woman has accused the veteran actor of sexual harassment. 

Vinta Nanda revealed that the lead star of the serial Tara had sexually exploited her on the sets.
