Last year, the World Health Organisation (WHO) classified gaming as a disorder in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). According to ICD-11, people with gaming disorders are unable to control the amount of time they spend playing video/digital games.

The accident involving the PUBG-obsessed youths,  happened 570 km from Mumbai at Khatkali Bypass in Higoli district on Saturday. The police were immediately informed and an accidental case has been registered at Hingoli police station.

Several cities have banned the PUBG game. Anyone found playing this in these cities can be prosecuted under the Central Government Act, Section 188. The ban is effective from March 9 to April 30.
